The construction to be made and equipments, fittings and fixtures to be installed and provided in the Building shall be of First Class quality and according to the plans and shall include the following:
TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
- RCC framed structure (Earthquake Resistant) Designed for seismic consideration for Zone 4.
PLUMBING AND TOILETS
- Vitrified /Ceramic tile flooring /wall cladding, sanitary/chinaware in light colored shades of standard make. High quality CP fittings and accessories, infra red operated flushing system, electrical operated hand dryers to be provided.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
- Electrical wiring upto the outlet and separate metering for all shops.
LIGHTING
- Facade lighting, street lighting, provision for advertisement and glow signage.
INTERNAL FINISH
- Common Area flooring with stone/vitrified tile, false ceiling with POP/gypsum board/Armstrong tiles with aluminium frame, stainless steel railing and textured paint covering on the walls. Plaster and DD paint on the walls in shops, as per architectural design.
DOORS WINDOWS AND FLOORING
- Aluminium glazed glazing for show windows. Polished granite /vitrified tiles in common areas to create a lasting effect.
EXTERIOR FINISH
- Permanent finish including stone cladding, aluminium composite panels and reflective glass curtain wall and texture paint finishes. A transparent design with glazed facade for visibility to most of the shops.
VENTILATION
- Mechanized system in basement parking through centrifugal fans as per National Building Code.
SECURITY SYSTEM
- CCTV System and other Hi-Tech Controls, round the clock manned security.
FIRE FIGHTING AND DETECTION SYSTEMS
- Fire alarm system, wet riser provided, yard hydrant provided, fire extinguishers, break glass units and alarms, reserved water storage tanks on terrace.
